  • UK: 3-7 business days after processing
  • International: 7-21 business days, depending on location
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location
• Order Tracking: We’ll send you tracking info once your order ships

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our products, but since each item is custom-made just for you, we have a specific policy:

• We accept returns only for defective, misprinted, or damaged items
• Size exchanges or returns due to change of mind are not accepted
• Check our size guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit
• If you receive a defective product, let us know within 30 days with photos and details
• We’ll review your claim and reship if the issue is confirmed
